HISTORY
Brooks and Falotico was founded in 1988 by Louise Brooks. Vincent Falotico, AIA, joined the firm in 1993 and became a partner in 1999. In 2008, the original name of Gullans and Brooks was changed to Brooks and Falotico. Over the past two decades, the firm has grown to more than 20 professionals. We have created or renovated over 200 residences throughout the United States. While the majority of our work is in Connecticut and Westchester County New York, we are currently designing projects on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in Massachusetts, Shelter Island and the North Shore of Long Island, Colorado, Florida, Montana, South Carolina and Rhode Island. Our work ranges in scale and complexity from 500 square foot additions to large residential compounds.

RECOGNITION
Brooks and Falotico's award-winning work has been featured in many books and nationally distributed periodicals, including Martha Stewart Living, Traditional Home, Renovation Style, House and Garden and House Beautiful.

SERVICES
Brooks and Falotico offers comprehensive residential architectural services including initial planning, budgeting, design, municipal approvals, contractor selection and construction review. We provide full construction documentation detailing all aspects of the project. Both partners are personally involved in each project throughout the process.
